Past Healing Art Retreats

We laughed, we cried and we let the rain wash away the grief and shame. We danced by the fire, we sang to each other, we held each other. We learned hard lessons while at the same time we made life long friends. We showed up and bared our souls for strangers to witness. The group and retreat that catalyzed it all. The group that held me when I fell ill, the group that solidified that this was something I was meant to do. A co-created space of vulnerability, passion and healing.

It is almost impossible to put to words the magic that is Sedona. From the warmth in color and the warmth in energy to the warmth in the company you keep. There is nothing quite like being in Sedona and this group brought the healing. In the midst of a break in the pandemic this group showed up to process one of the hardest years of our existence. We shed layers, we stepped outside of our comfort zones and we tapped into something deeper than ourselves.

Uvita, Costa Rica 2022

A brave group of strangers traversing unknown territories both on land and in mind and body. A retreat much different than my first two and run almost entirely on my own. The retreat my husband proved how amazing of a co-leader he and I proved to myself that I was capable of more than I knew I could handle. This group cut deep into trauma, loss and anxiety in ways that connected us om both spoken and unspoken ways.
