Payment Methods

All major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay accepted. I also accept Venmo, Zelle, and Crypto Currency but these forms of payment must be arranged with me via email.

Payment Plans

Afterpay is available at checkout for those eligible. Afterpay allows you to signup with no credit check and you will make 4 interest free payments over 6 weeks. I also accept extended, no interest 6-12 month payment plans for most original artwork, please send an email to artistjessicayoung@gmail.com to arrange a payment plan.

Returns

Returns not accepted on original artwork unless there is damage to the piece during shipping. If your piece arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue. All original artwork comes insured so we will do our best to fix any issues. Returns on prints accepted on a case by case basis and request for return must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery.

Commissions

Custom artwork requires a minimum of 8-12 weeks from time of order to completion. Larger pieces may require more time, you will be quoted an approximate time-frame once you’ve placed your custom order. Please use the commission inquiry form to request a custom piece.

Shipping Policies

Domestic Orders

All continental USA orders are shipped either with USPS Priority or FedEx 2 day.

PLEASE NOTE: Original artwork requires 2-4 weeks to prepare for shipment. In some instances your piece may ship sooner however many pieces require final touches and special care before being packaged and sent around the world. I want to make sure every last detail is perfect before it arrives to you. If you need your order rushed please send an email to artistjessicayoung@gmail.com. All orders include tracking and insurance. Tracking number will be provided once your item is ready to ship.

International Orders

Worldwide shipping is available. All items are shipped via USPS priority international or FedEx International Priority with tracking and insurance. Please send an email to artistjessicayoung@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping rates to your location.
