24x30x2” original mixed media artwork affixed to deep cradled Birchwood. This beautiful piece of original artwork is encapsulated in several layers of artist-grade epoxy resin for a glass-like finish. The artwork has a contemporary antique look that is accented with stunning pops of Gold leaf channeling the Japanese tradition of Kintsugi: the art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with Gold. This piece also featured genuine Aura Amethyst nuggets symbolizing protection and intuitive healing.

Meaning behind the piece:

This piece holds special meaning in terms of the colorful fruits of shadow healing work. Despite how deep emotional and physical wounds can strike this piece is a representation of the light at the end of the tunnel. Symbolic of a butterfly newly formed inside the Chrysalis, coated in iridescent sparkle and Opalescent touches this piece hopes to evoke the energy behind true transformative healing. A touch of mania, creativity and deep inner catharsis bring this magnificent piece to life.

From bones I built crystals with divine endless power.

Turning shattered glass into holographic clear reflections.

Taking ancient pain and transforming it to a simple beautiful life.
